Neellen Karuppannan is the Managing Partner of Business Alliance.
He is in charge of our Risk Assurance & Advisory Services.
He is a licensed auditor practising in the Assurance Line of Service, with more than 20 years of experience in audit and business consulting in Mauritius and Africa. He has managed audit and internal control review assignments for clients operating in the following industries: investment banking, insurance, agriculture, health, education, public enterprises, shipping, textile, construction, real estate, retail and distribution, hospitality, global business and financial services. He works with different organisations and their Audit & Risk Committees in respect of risk practices, assurance and governance frameworks and their effectiveness.
Neellen is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He is registered and in good standing with the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) and the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA). He gained his professional experience at BDO and PwC.

Gavinee Pather is the partner in charge of our Accounting and Outsourcing Line of Service.
She has 15 years of professional experience in accounting, audit, tax and company secretarial work. Whilst working in practice, she has serviced clients operating in the following sectors: global business, manufacturing (including textile) and distribution, restaurant, real estate, commercial, religious bodies, shipping company, financial services and construction. She has also worked as accountant in the industry where she oversaw the finance, HR and administrative functions.
Gavinee is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) from which she holds a valid Practising Certificate. She is registered as a Public Accountant with the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA).
